User Journeys
User journeys are an important part of your Blink integration. They define and control behaviour that is automatically (or programmatically) triggered on your website by the Blink SDK. A User Journey can model a variety of behaviours, from showing a popup when the user accesses a certain page or hiding articles behind paywalls, to calling JavaScript functions from your own code.
Get started
You can create and configure User Journeys from your dashboard, by accessing the journey editor from the menu on the left. If you can't see the menu entry, you may not have access to this feature. Contact us at integration@blink.net and we'll set it up for you.
You should check out the Complete Examples section for guidance on creating your first journeys. Chances are the behaviour you want is already available in there. If not, you can read the full reference on supported conditions, actions, and throttle rules, and build your journeys to best suit your own needs.
